I chose to plan the event in the market to create a new system that would facilitate an event in the square I observed. The design I chose extends beyond the courtyard to the market and back. I found it essential to design a system that can be modified and moved to avoid disrupting the market's activities and the inner courtyard. I began to plan an infrastructure that would allow this event to take place. The planning process always considered maintaining the market's simultaneity and creating a new and dynamic space alongside the familiar and existing one. In the design, I chose to plan a series of new stalls based on observation and study of those already present in the market. The design is based on the quality I focused on in the project, with the emphasis during planning being to create an event with everything it needs from A to Z without encroaching on the market's daily operations. The event I focused on involves creating a space for performative events of various scales, such as plays, performances, etc.
